We require a 20% down payment when you accept a quote to secure your booking. This allows us to schedule your job, assign a contractor, and prepare any necessary materials. The remaining balance is paid after the work is completed and you're satisfied with the results.
If you'd like to add services on the spot, let the contractor know. They’ll contact our team to reassess and provide an updated quote. No work outside the original agreement will be performed without approval and an adjusted estimate.
If you're unavailable for an outside-only job, just make sure the area is accessible. For interior jobs, someone 18 or older must be present to allow entry and verify completion. If your project includes both inside and outside work, we recommend being home or arranging access.
You can cancel your job before the scheduled time. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the job may result in a cancellation fee. Your down payment may be partially refunded depending on how far along we are in prep and scheduling.
Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you're unhappy with the results, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to understand the issue and coordinate a resolution—whether that’s a fix, adjustment, or sending someone back out if needed.

If you’re working directly with one of our contractors in person, you’ll be able to accept the quote on the spot by signing and paying the 20% down payment. The contractor will confirm your acceptance with our system, and the job will begin as scheduled.

We price jobs based on two factors: labor and materials. Once we review your request and submitted photos, we calculate a fixed quote that reflects the total cost of completing the job—no surprises or hidden fees.
